That was comfortable and perfect hotel set in local area, just off the city center, `` PLaza del Sol '' which is one of the first big shopping centers in Guadalajara and the a shopping mall. Also, location was absolutely perfect, within a close distance from Plaza del Sol. The team provided a good service.

The hotel was clean and efficient, with friendly and efficient personnel. The location was very central and convenient, with a short taxi ride to downtown and a mall right across the road. The doormen/concierge were exceptional, providing great service and assistance throughout the stay.

The hotel room facing the street was noisy, which could be bothersome for some guests. Additionally, the breakfast, while included, was not gourmet but decent.

Had an awesome Easter weekend in a hotel close to the city's Expo center. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the free wifi throughout the hotel. The location was ideal for our plans, close to many restaurants and shops. The outdoor area by the pool was an additional plus with a nice atmosphere and comfortable lounges.

The rooms turned out to have really thin walls. Our sleep quality was definitely affected by the noisy neighbors next door who had the TV on all night.
